Webinar agenda

User Research is usually seen as the most expendable part when it comes to a UX budget. However, in this session we will talk about why user research is an integral part of the process. Ultimately, a focus on UX research saves you time and money and makes sure you are creating products that solve real user needs. Stephen will cover the types of work that a user researcher does as well as how research fits into the overall human-centred design process.

What we will learn:
  • What is user research
  • Where it first comes into the HCD process
  • The different types of user research
  • Getting started in UX Research - what I look for in a portfolio
  • Case Study
